Use
Neurobiology Concepts Checker to self-assess your knowledge of neurobiology concepts throughout the course (focussing on the forest vs the trees).
Brain Transections.
Use
Canine Brain Transections to study internal brain anatomy. Use
Levels to locate sections rostro-caudally; use
Atlas to identify internal brain structures. Initially you may want to view
Canine Brain MRI Atlas which has a reduced subset of brain structures.
Gross Brain.
Use
Brain Gross Anatomy to view labeled images of intact and dissected brains from a variety of perspectives. Also, an Atlas/Quiz program featuring the
sheep brain is available and can be downloaded (Link to
