Canine arterial corrosion cast specimen. The right brachial a. (1) is seen entering the antebrachium, where it gives off the common interosseous a. (2) and then continues as median a. (3) into the pes. The common interosseous a. (2) gives off three branches: ulnar a. (11), cranial interosseous a. (12), and caudal interosseous a. (13). The latter runs in the interosseous space between the radius (4) and ulnar (5), making it a protected source of blood to the pes.

Also labeled are: olecranon (6), accessory carpal bone (7), and humeral condyle (8).
