General Instructions:
This web site is contained within a folder entitled "
GaitsFolder". The folder contains a single folder entitled "
gaits" (which you need never open) and one file entitled "
BeginGaits.html"
. On your local hard disk, prepare a target location (your desktop or a particular folder) to receive
GaitsFolder.
After downloading
GaitsFolder to your hard disk, open it and then double-click or otherwise open the file
BeginGaits.html. (Use a recent browser to view the web pages, older browsers may fail to display interactive features designed in this web site).
Specific download instructions:
Click the FTP link
Gaits Web Site Folder (shown below). Your browser will then display a folder-icon labeled
GaitsFolder.
Macintosh: Drag
GaitsFolder to your desktop or other location.
Windows: Right-button click the folder and choose "copy to folder..." from the pop-up menu to copy
GaitsFolder to the target location on you hard disk.
(Note: If you accidentally open the folder by clicking it, use the browser's back button to return to the folder level.)
