Manual Bladder Expression

The stream of urine flowing from the penis (three arrows) is being produced by manually compressing the bladder. Complete emptying is impeded by contraction of the striated urethral sphincter (urethralis muscle) in this patient. The peri-anal region appears swollen. An open fistula is evident to the right of the anal opening (large arrow).
