This web site presents video-clips of selected patients of the Veterinary Medical Center at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. The veterinary patients exhibited either neurology disorders or normal responses during a clinical neurology exam. (The video-clips are identified by case number for the benefit of Minnesota faculty and students.)
Video-clip pixel dimensions are either 320 x 240 or 640 x 480. The smaller size may be viewed on mobile devices; the larger size is provided for computer screens and classroom projection. Video clips are .mov files designed for viewing with a QuickTime Player or browser plug-in. (Individual video-clips may be downloaded to your local hard disk, consult intructions provided in the HTML source code of the pop-up window.)
These video-clips are intended to enhance neurology instruction at various stages of the veterinary curriculum, from basic sciences to clinical rotations. This project was undertaken by Drs. R. M. Hardy (email@example.com), A. McVey (firstname.lastname@example.org), and T.F. Fletcher (email@example.com) from the College of Veterinary Medicne. It was sponsored by a Techonolgy Enhanced Learning Grant from the University of Minnesota.
