Purpose: Canine Planar Anatomy Atlas 1.0 is a SuperCard application designed for independent study by veterinary students studying canine anatomy in a dissection course. The Atlas complements dissection viewpoints by illustrating anatomical structures of the head, neck, thorax, abdomen, and pelvis in three orthogonal planes of section (transverse, sagittal, and dorsal). By presenting different multiple views of anatomical structures, the courseware offers additional anatomical insights to anyone interested in canine anatomy.
